In accordance with the guidelines from the Ontario Medical Association, it is our policy to charge for uninsured services (not covered by OHIP) such as prescription renewals without appointments, sick notes, and medical forms. We offer two options for patients to cover the fees of any uninsured services: register for our Annual Fee program using PatientSERV (company name changed from Doctor Services Group), or on a pay as you go basis.
