Dr. Brenda Brennan

Dr. Brenda Brennan attended medical school at the University of Ottawa, graduating in 1990. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Ottawa in 1993. As well, she has worked in the department of obstetrics in Lahr, Germany and the primary care clinic in Iqaluit, Nunavut. She has been providing comprehensive care in Osgoode since 1993 and has a special interest in the care of the elderly. She is also involved in teaching medical residents and medical students at the University of Ottawa. She believes in the value of fitness for overall physical and emotional health and personally enjoys running, hiking, cycling, kayaking, canoeing and cross country and downhill skiing.


Dr. Alexander Kelly

Dr. Alexander Kelly attended medical school at McGill University graduating in 2017, and completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Ottawa through the Winchester District Memorial Hospital in 2019. Since this time he has been providing care for admitted inpatients at the Winchester Hospital, as well as providing primary care to patients at various family medicine clinics within the surrounding area. He has special interests in palliative care as well as teaching (medical students, residents, and patients alike!). His personal hobbies include cycling, snowboarding, gardening, and mechanics.


Dr. Brian Devin

Dr. Brian Devin graduated from the University of Toronto in 1993 and completed his Family Medicine residency at Queen’s University in 1995. In addition to office family medicine, he maintains hospital privileges at Winchester District Memorial Hospital. His hospital work includes inpatient care and surgical assisting. He is the hospital Chief of Staff. He has a special interest in office minor surgical procedures and in the application of technology to healthcare.


Dr. Stephannie MacDonell

Dr. Stephannie MacDonell graduated from medical school at the University of Ottawa in 2007 and finished her Family Medicine residency at Queen’s University in 2009. She then went on to sub specialize by doing additional training in the health care of adults with developmental disabilities. In addition to office family medicine, she does consulting for other physicians caring for adults with developmental disabilities.

Dr. MacDonell and her husband are kept busy by their 3 active children. They enjoy living in Osgoode and being apart of many aspects of local community life.


Dr. Antoine Gagnon

Dr. Antoine Gagnon, who joined us in July 2014, attended medical school at the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2004 and completed his family medicine residency at the same institution in 2006. During his training, Dr. Gagnon pursued one of his interests, third world and expedition medicine, having spent some time in rural Malawi as well as Benin. Dr. Gagnon enjoys all aspects of medicine from complete primary care to operating room assistant at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital. Dr. Gagnon has also been extensively involved with the medical undergraduate program at the University of Ottawa where he serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Gagnon grew up in the Ottawa Valley where he and his wife, a local art teacher, along with their three children continue to call home. He has a great passion for the outdoors, traveling and experiencing new adventures. De plus, Dr. Gagnon se fera un plaisir de vous prodiguer des soins en francais.
